Guarantee
We will do the very best we can to insure your trees are shipped with proper care and packaging. Cedar trees and others may go into some shock after transplanting. They will sometimes yellow and appear dead. We will honor a 2 yr replacement guarantee on and trees that do not survive after one year. If a tree dies, merely send a photo along with proof of purchase information and we will replace it for free. Some shipping on replacement trees may be charged. We do not refund cash but will replace the tree. |
